Water Heater Ready is a website and service brand operated by SOS Water Heaters LLC, doing business as SOS Water Heaters. In this document, “Water Heater Ready,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to that business and brand.

Website and service requests

Using this website or submitting a form does not create a guaranteed appointment, final price, equipment reservation, or obligation to perform work. SOS Water Heaters LLC, doing business as SOS Water Heaters through the Water Heater Ready brand, must review the request and confirm the scope, availability, and next step.

Pricing and estimates

Standard prices apply only to the conditions described on the applicable package. Photos and customer-provided information support preliminary review but may not reveal every condition. Any additional work or price adjustment must be disclosed and approved before it is charged or performed.

Payments

When live processing is activated, payments are handled by authorized payment providers. Applicable deposit, refund, cancellation, and remaining-balance terms will be presented with the transaction and approved scope.

Scheduling

Same-day, next-day, emergency, evening, Sunday, and holiday service depend on review, equipment, technician capacity, property access, weather, permits, utilities, and other conditions. Timing is not guaranteed until confirmed.

Customer responsibilities

The customer must provide accurate information, lawful authorization for the property, safe access, working utilities where required, and disclosure of known hazards or restrictions.

Communications

Transactional messages may include service-request confirmations, appointment reminders, estimates, installation updates, payment confirmations, and customer support. Marketing messages are sent only with separate consent where required. Reply STOP to opt out of SMS and HELP for assistance.

Intellectual property

Website text, design, branding, images, and code are owned by or licensed to SOS Water Heaters LLC and may not be copied or republished without permission.

Limitations
