Payments
When live processing is activated, payments are handled by authorized payment providers. Applicable deposit, refund, cancellation, and remaining-balance terms will be presented with the transaction and approved scope.
Scheduling
Same-day, next-day, emergency, Priority Scheduling, evening, Sunday and holiday service depend on review, equipment, technician capacity, property access, weather, permits, utilities and other conditions. Timing is not guaranteed until confirmed.
Customer responsibilities
The customer must provide accurate information, lawful authorization for the property, safe access, working utilities where required, and disclosure of known hazards or restrictions.
Communications
Transactional messages may include service-request confirmations, appointment reminders, estimates, installation updates, payment confirmations, and customer support. Marketing messages are sent only with separate consent where required. Reply STOP to opt out of SMS and HELP for assistance.
