Water Heater Ready is a website and service brand operated by SOS Water Heaters LLC, doing business as SOS Water Heaters. In this document, “Water Heater Ready,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to that business and brand.
Standard pricing
Displayed package prices are based on a same-fuel replacement in substantially the same location with normal access and standard connections. Equipment brand may be Rheem, A. O. Smith, or a comparable in-stock unit.
Deposits and remaining balance
Standard packages are designed for a 50% deposit once live payment processing is activated. Reservation deposits for manual-review projects are credited toward an approved project as stated during checkout. The remaining approved balance is due after installation completion.
Photos and review
Customers may submit photos before or after a future deposit, but the installation date is not fully confirmed until photos and existing conditions are reviewed. Missing or unclear information may delay confirmation.
Adjustments
Venting, gas, electrical, code, permit, relocation, access, structural, damage, specialty material, and unusual connection conditions may require an adjustment. Additional work and pricing must be disclosed and approved before it is charged or performed.
Scheduling and priority service
Same-day, next-day, evening, Sunday, holiday, and emergency service depend on equipment and technician availability. A requested or advertised service window is not guaranteed until confirmed by the dispatch team.
Cancellation and rescheduling
Cancellation, rescheduling, special-order equipment, permit, and completed administrative costs may affect refund eligibility. Any applicable terms will be disclosed with the approved scope and payment request.
Property access and safety
The customer must provide safe, lawful access to the work area and disclose known hazards, leaks, damage, restricted access, utility issues, or property rules. If there is an immediate gas leak, fire, flooding, carbon-monoxide concern, or other dangerous condition, leave the affected area and contact emergency services or the appropriate utility before waiting for online service.
Mobile dispatch model
Water Heater Ready does not accept walk-ins. Service is performed at the customer’s property by appointment. The listed address is an administrative and dispatch office.
