Yes. Standard packages include 40- and 50-gallon gas and electric replacements. Tankless, large-capacity, unusual, or commercial systems require manual review.
Do you offer same-day or next-day replacement?
Same-day and next-day service may be available, but it is not guaranteed. Availability depends on the completed intake, photo review, equipment, technician capacity, access, and project conditions.
What photos should I upload?
Upload a full front view, manufacturer label, top connections, venting for gas units, electrical connection for electric units, the surrounding area and access path, and any leak or visible damage.
Do you handle commercial water heaters?
Yes. Commercial, multi-unit, tankless, large-capacity, boiler, and storage-tank projects are routed to a manual priority assessment.
Can customers visit your office?
No. Water Heater Ready is a mobile, appointment-based dispatch service. The listed Kansas City, Missouri address is an administrative and dispatch office, and walk-ins are not accepted.
What areas do you serve?
Water Heater Ready serves Kansas City, Kansas, Johnson County, Kansas City, Missouri, and approved surrounding areas, subject to dispatch availability.
